Eliminate the Zeroes from Your Profit and Loss Report in QuickBooks

So your boss is a bit particular and doesn't want to see the rows with $0.00 showing on the profit and loss report?

No problem...

For example, let's say that you want to eliminate the $0.00 on the following report:

 
Here's how:

1. Run the report as you normally do
2. Click the Modify Report button in the upper left hand corner
3. Click the Advanced button and a screen like this will appear:
   
   
4. Make sure you choose the "Non-zero" button and click OK.
5. Click OK one last time and refresh your report. It should now look like this - the zeroes have been eliminated:

This functionality is available in QuickBooks Pro, Premier and Enterprise. However, the non-zero option may not be available for each and every report within QuickBooks, since the default parameters for various reports in QuickBooks are different.
