- QuickBooks will allow you to use account numbers in your chart of accounts - if you tell it to
- You can default your invoices, bills, etc to use the current date when entering them
- The Enter key can be programmed to move you from field to field in QuickBooks
- You can eliminate the "beep" each time you save a transaction
