Good news! You no longer have to hand write the daily deposit slip for the bank - let QuickBooks do it for you automatically. Your cramped hand will thank you!
Printing the deposit slip directly in QuickBooks is easy - choose the payments for your deposit via the "Record Deposits" window as you normally do. Once you get to the final screen of the "Record Deposits" process, simply click the black arrow to the right of the "Print" button at the top of the screen as shown below:
Granted, you will have to have QuickBooks compatible deposit slips (just as you do QuickBooks checks) to make this work, but they should pay for themselves in no time.
